  10.     To install this program:

  12.      1. Make sure you have at least about 730K of free disk space
  13.      2. Start Windows
  14.      3. Select Run from the Program Manager File Menu
  15.      4. Enter "A:\SETUP" as the program to run
  16.      5. Follow the onscreen instructions
  17.  
  18.    Errors:

  20.      1. In situations similar to the COUNTUP file, when the clock is gated
  21.         out of the circuit, the circuit may enter a wild oscillation.  If
  22.         happens, ungate and regate the oscillator and the clock should be
  23.         gated out of the circuit.

  28.       North High School.  He wrote this program to help teach Digital
  29.       Electronics to the members of the Electronics Club, because he had
  30.       access to a room full of '386 clones, but a budget of $0 thousand
